Backed by a Real Warranty. Built on AZ60-150g Steel.
Hori Roof Warranty
Every Hori Roofing tile ships with a warranty. If a defect appears within the warranty period, we replace it free of charge.
The warranty length is tied directly to the zinc-aluminum coating weight on the steel — a heavier coating resists corrosion longer, so we back it with a longer warranty:
Dear Customer:
Thank you very much for choosing Hori Roofing Stone Coated Metal Roof Tile!
Our company solemnly promises: if a genuine quality problem occurs with this product, please contact your local authorized dealer or our company directly, and we will resolve it for you in accordance with this warranty policy. Please keep this guarantee card and your purchase/order documents properly.

Why the Steel Grade Matters to Your Warranty
We can back these warranty periods with confidence because we start every tile at AZ60-grade aluminum-zinc coated steel as our baseline — most competitors use AZ20, less than half our starting point. A thicker zinc-aluminum layer is what actually determines how long a tile resists corrosion once the surface is scratched, cut, or penetrated by fasteners during installation. This coating-weight table is the material decision behind the warranty, not just a policy on paper — it’s also why we can quote you a specific warranty period upfront, based on which steel grade you order.

Our Quality Control Process
Quality control starts before production and continues through to the finished tile:
- Raw material inspection: incoming steel coil and stone granule raw materials are checked on arrival against industry standard for damage, rust, granule quality, and color consistency
- In-process control: monitored through coil slitting, cutting, stamping/pressing, and the glue-and-stone-coating stage
- Finished product inspection: random sampling from bulk production batches, checked for physical damage, rust, stone chip loss, and color fading against industry standards
- Target pass rate: 99.9%+ on every batch before it ships
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the warranty cover shipping damage?
No, the product warranty covers manufacturing defects rather than transit damage. However, we ensure your investment is fully protected through insurance and premium packaging:
For CIF/CIP Orders: We purchase comprehensive marine cargo insurance for every shipment. If any damage occurs during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the insurance company for full compensation.
Heavy-Duty Packaging: To prevent damage, all Hori Roofing tiles are packed on export-grade reinforced pallets with corner protectors, tightly bound with steel strapping, and wrapped in waterproof shrink film. This guarantees zero movement inside the container.
For FOB Orders: The risk transfers once the goods pass the ship’s rail at the loading port, so we highly recommend purchasing insurance for your sea voyage.
Is sampling free before I place a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely. We offer free product samples because we want you to experience our premium quality firsthand before making a commitment.
Our sample policy is as follows:
Free Samples: The tile samples and stone chip color charts themselves are completely free of charge.
Courier Cost: In line with standard international trade practices, the buyer covers the express shipping cost (via DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
100% Refundable: The courier fee you paid will be fully deducted from your first container order. This means the entire sampling process becomes 100% free for our long-term partners.
